- Take the Chena(paneer) in a bowl or plate and mash it with the hands till it becomes soft.
- In non stick pan take strawberries, 1 tbsp. sugar & water. Cook it on medium flame till strawberries are soft & the sauce gets thick, keep it cool.
- Add 1 tbsp powdered sugar, thick cream,cardamom powder, and prepared strawberry sauce in the Chena. Mix well. - Take this mixture in strawberry sauce pan and cook on low heat, and stir continuously, till the mixture starts leaving the pan and is thickened like a soft dough consistency. do not over heat.
- Make small balls from the Chena mixture, press a bit like small peda shape than press bit with the help of finger in the center and put some strawberries sauce
- Decorate serving plate with strawberry sauce and strawberries slices Served chilled.
Cook on low flame, stirring continuously till the mixture becomes not too dry and not too soft.
