- Get 1/2 tsp pepper Flakes
- Take 1 Garlic clove grated
- Take 1 tbls Lemon juice
- Prepare 1 pinch chilli powder
- Make ready Sprinkle with Course sea salt + lemon pepper
Instructions to make My Sweet & Spicy Fish. π:
- In a jug add the sauce ingredients and mix together stirring. Makes 1/2 pint or just over.
- Add the butter heating slowly to melt. Then add the onions and fry for 2 minutes. Next add the sauce and stir.
- Cut your fish in 2 inch size pieces. And place them in the sauce. Next add the green peas and other veg(opt) add the lid cook for 15-20 minutes on low.
- After the 20 minutes leave it switch off heat leave the top on and bring up to heat up slowly when your ready to serve. Cook the Rice and drain serv with fish and sauce on top.
