Heat a large pot with cooking oil (a deep fryer would be perfect). When the oil is heated properly, it's time to cook the cucur udang.

- Mix all the ingredient and pour the water. Mix well.its looks almost dough and not runny flour
- It doesn’t have to be a perfect ball. Scoop and fry it.
Place a prawn in the centre and press lightly down with a single chopstick. Lower the ladle into the hot oil and lightly bathe with oil. Deep-fry until the cucur Let it cook further for a minute or until the cucur turns golden brown. Drain on absorbent kitchen paper towels. Serve the cucur with chilli coriander.
