- Bake for 10 minutes. remove from oven and turn oven to 500° or broil.
- Top with Marshmallows evenly, in a double layer. Return to oven on highest rack for 3 minutes or until marshmallow tops are golden brown.
- Cool for about 10 minutes and then edge the pan or it will be very difficult to get the "pie" away from the edges of the pan. Cool completely.
- Is a bit difficult to cut because of the sticky marshmallow, but will come out like a piece of 'pie'
