  1. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, onion, olive oil, salt & pepper. - Mix gently.
  2. Place in a 9 OR 9.5 inches Microwave-Safe glass Pie Pan/Dish. Spread properly & evenly in a single layer.
  3. Cover with Microwave Safe Lid or vented Plastic Wrap.
  4. Select Power Level 8 (P8) & Set the Timer at 7 minutes. When done, let stand in the Microwave Oven for 2 minutes.
  5. Gently mix the herbs, cumin, pistachios, lemon juice, more salt if required.
  6. Mound on a platter & serve.
  7. Note: Cooking Time depends upon the Cooking Power/Wattage of the Microwave Oven - Mine is 1200 Watts.
