- When the chicken is white and no pink colour add it to the pan of veg, bring to boil, add the salt & pepper. Add the lid and then simmer for 1 - 2 hours stirring occasionally, simmer on the lowest.
- If you want it to be thicker, just add 2 tablespoons of corn starch in a little water. Serve with crusty bread to dip.
