- Add some quantity of vegetable oil and stir. Slice boiled eggs and brittle boiled fish, pour into the moimoi paste and mix together.
- Put your pot on the fire, pour in little quantity of water and put a leave at the down of the pot. Form a cone shape with each leave, pour the quantity of moimoi paste it can take, wrap it up and place inside the pot.
- Cover it and allow to cook for about 30/35mins. Ensure you check after few minutes since the water is little. You are to be adding water gradually for it to get cooked. You don't put much water at a time so water doesn't enter into the moimoi directly. It has to cook gradually. It can be served with pap (jigba), agidi (ekwo) or garri.
