- Take 1 amsotto(Aam papad)
- Get 1 cup sugar

- First for making the chana in a bowl add the milk when it comes to boil. Add the lemon and lower the flame. Keep on stiring till the whole milk curdles. Now stain it and keep it in a muslin cloth so that the excess water is drain. Keep it for at least 1-2 hrs for best results
- Now take the chana add sugar and smash it for at least 15-20 min till the sugar melts and it becomes fluffy. Now cut square thin slice of the amsotto as per the size of your sandesh
- Now take small portion of the chana and give square shape to it with min thickness. Now take one square shaped chana place a slice of amsotto and cover it with another slice of chana. Garnish it with chopped pista, chironji and rose petals.
