- Grate carrot, capsicum,garlic and gojet.
- Put oil in a pan. Add onion and cook add garlic
- Add tomatoes and continue cooking let the tomatoes cook till mashy
- Add grated carrots,capcicum and gojet and stir for a minute
- Add the precooked black beans and stir. Add water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander, remove from fire and serve
