  1. Wash and soak the Chanadal in water for 1 hour. Drain the water completely Jioand grind coarsely.
  2. Wash the Banana blossoms and chop them
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the coarsely grounded Chanadal, chopped banana blossoms, cumin seeds, chopped onions, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, rice flour, crushed garlic, Salt, curry leaves and mix all together well.
  4. Heat oil in a ladies. Then take a small amount of the mixture, shape the mixture in a form of vadas and deep fry till golden brown in batches.
