  3. Beat egg in a bowl. Add turmeric powder and salt. Whisk it. Flip the paratha to fry both side
  4. Spread the beaten egg. Flip it carefully. Transfer it on a plate, with the egg side facing up.
  5. Take a bowl. Chop onion and cucumber in it. Sprinkle pepper power and salt on it. Now make a row of this on the middle of the paratha. Squeeze lemon juice on it.
  6. Wrap it. Serve it with sauce.
