Steps to make BaluShahi:
  1. Take flour,salt, baking powder & ghee in a bowl
  2. Knead well with lukewarm water & make a smooth dough with the help of 2 tbsp of milk,cover it & keep itaside for 20 min
  3. Take a.pan add water,sugar& green cardamom,Boil till sugar is dissolved in the water,remove &add kesar strands & let it cool down.
  4. Now knead the dough again & divide it to equal parts & give them ball shape.
  5. With ur thumb,make an indent in the centre.
  6. Pour desi ghee in a karahi &heatup.
  7. Now add one by one drop balushahi in it.
  8. When it turns golden in colour,take them out & put on a tissue paper.
  9. Now add them in the prepared syrup & remove them after few minutes from the syrup & granish with dry almonds & pistachios.
  10. Serve chilled.
