- Take flour,salt, baking powder & ghee in a bowl
- Knead well with lukewarm water & make a smooth dough with the help of 2 tbsp of milk,cover it & keep itaside for 20 min
- Take a.pan add water,sugar& green cardamom,Boil till sugar is dissolved in the water,remove &add kesar strands & let it cool down.
- Now knead the dough again & divide it to equal parts & give them ball shape.
- With ur thumb,make an indent in the centre.
- Pour desi ghee in a karahi &heatup.
- Now add one by one drop balushahi in it.
- When it turns golden in colour,take them out & put on a tissue paper.
- Now add them in the prepared syrup & remove them after few minutes from the syrup & granish with dry almonds & pistachios.
- Serve chilled.
