- Soak Sago balls for overnight in double water than sago balls in a big vessel.
- Boil the Potatoes. Take mixie jar add green chillies ginger crush into a paste. Drain all sago balls keep aside.
- Now take deep vessel add 2-3 liters of water. Get it boil. Put serving vessel on it and put cheesecloth add half sago balls close the cloth. Close the serving vessel for 5 mins. Open it use spatula and turn sago balls up and down. Again close it for 5 mins. It will be done. Take it out in the big vessel.
- Same procedure for remaining sago balls.
- Now mash all Potatoes and add to the sago balls, add Chilli ginger paste, cumin seeds, salt as per taste. If it is made for fasting use fasting salt.
- Now mix all together and taste it if required add it. The mixture should not be too thick it should be like smooth soft sev dough.
- Now make cones from the thick plastic sheets or use empty washed milk bags as cones. Pour the mixture in it. From one corner cut it and make chakris on plastic sheets. Put the sheets under the sun for 2-3 days. Chakris are ready. Fry it and enjoy it.
