- First of all make slurry by adding water in maida
- Heat one spoon oil in a wok and add jeera as it turns brown add all masalas in it and stir
- Add mashed potato,green peas and raisins and mix nicely
- Add salt and mix it so that all masalas get incorporated in potato
- Let it cool down
- Cut sheet quarterly and apply slurry on the corners and fold it in cone shape..make all cones like this
- Stuff potato mix in it.
- Dip the potato side portion in slurry and deep fry it till golden brown at medium flame
- Apply sauce on upper portion and spread sev over it.Sev will get get on it and spread chopped coriander
- Samosa cone is ready to serve
