- Take Intestines, liver, kidney, diaphragm, beef, and assorted parts

- Cook your meat and assorted parts till tender
- Wash and prepare all ingredients
- Blend all peppers together with onions, chop half of the onions down. Do not blend peppers smooth.
- Heat up oil in a pot, fry the chopped onions a little then fry the pepper. Once fried add some salt and pour the cooked meat and little stock into the fried pepper
- Add in the dried fish and fresh iru stir and allow to cook for a few minutes. Sauce is ready
- Serve with either ofada or any rice of choice
