- Take 3 medium size boiled potato
- Get 1 cup boiled peas
- Make ready 2 medium size carrot boiled

- Take 1/2 cup cullyflower boiled
- Take 4-5 finely chopped green chilli
- Get 1/2 cup chopped Coriander leaves
- Take Finely chopped ginger (1")

- Prepare 1 tb spn roasted cumin seed powder
- Take 1/2 tb spn garam masala powder
- Take 1/2 spn red chilli powder
- Prepare Salt as per the taste

Steps to make Pure veg kababs:
- In a pan put 2 tb spn cooking oil. In hot oil put boiled potato(break into small pcs)+ boiled carrot (cut into pcs)+ boiled cully flower +boiles peas +boiled corn. Mix them well and fry it for 5 mins. (Medium heat)
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl fried ingrediebts (boiled potato+carrot+peas+corn+cullyflower). Add chopped green chilli +chopped Coriander leaves. Add salt as per the taste +red chilli powder+garam masala powder+roasted cumin seed powder+ roasted besan and mix it very well and prepare a dough.
- Take some amount of dough and make round shape like small ball and press it by your palm. Like this make the round shape of all of the dough.
- In a pan take some oil and fry the ball shapes (not deep fry) or bake it on the pan. Cook it till it becomes brown.
- Veg kababs are ready to eat. You can eat it with paratha, hari dhaniya or pudina chautney or tomato catch up or tamarind chuteney.
