- Fir ek kadhi may oil dalkar garamkar lnge. Fir sare gobhi ko hum deep fry kar lnge. Uske baad ek dusre fry pan may 2tsp oil dalnge.
- Fir 1tsp ginger 1tsp garlic paste add karnge uske cut hum onion aur capsicum dalnge aur fry karte rehna hai fir tomato. Dein salt and tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce add karnge.
- Uske baad us fry gobhi ko us us gravy may dalnge. upper se thora chaat masala add karnge. Thora sa coriander leaves se decorate karnge. Aur garma garamserve karnge
