  1. I like to grill the green onions to add a little depth of flavor but completely up to you.
  2. Add all your ingredients into a food processor or blender and slowly add the oil until you reach a nice "pesto" like consistency
  3. Refrigerate for atleast 4 hours to let the flavors blend together. The longer it sits the better it gets!
  4. Note* You may use any Hot peppers that you like, scotch bonnet are traditional but I had Jalepenos on hand. It's all personal preference
