- Prepare 1/4 cup water
- Take 1 tsp sesame seeds/ til roasted
Steps to make Spicy Chilli Potato:
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic, ginger, green chillies and spring onion.
- Then saute onions and capsicum. Add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and salt.
- Saute for 30 seconds on high flame. Now add corn flour in cup water. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Pour the corn flour mixture and stir continuously. Remove the psn from the stove and mix well.
- Then add fried potato and mix gently.
- Garnish it with spring onions and roasted sesame seeds.
