Instructions to make Cauliflower manchurian:
- Parboil cauliflower florets.
- Now in a bowl, combine all purpose flour, corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, crushed pepper and salt.
- Then mix them well with water and make thick batter of it.
- Now heat oil in a frying pan, dip parboiled cauliflower florets in prepared batter and deep fry them in medium hot oil till it becomes golden brown in colour.
- Once it is done take them out and allow it cool down a bit.
- Now heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and green chillies in it and allow it to splutter.
- Then add onion and capsicum in it and cook it for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
- Now add all sauces and vinegar in it and quickly reduce the flame and cook it for another 2-3 minutes.
- Then add water as per your need and fried cauliflower florets and cook it till it comes to your required gravy consistency then switch off the flame.
- Cauliflower manchurian is ready to serve now.
