- Soak chana for overnight. Now boiled them (5-6 whistles). Boil the potatoes as well. Now take one small bowl. Add some salt, black salt, chat masala,red chilli powder and mix it well and keep it aside.
- Now take the boiled potatoes. Peel them. Now cut them from the top and bottom side (so we can place them properly on the serving plate) Now cut them from the center. Take out the center part of the potatoes to fill the stuff. Now sprinkle some cumin powder, then put tamarind chutney, then put chana, chopped onion and tomato, green chilli,then put the masala which we have already prepared, then again put the tamarind Chutney and green chutney, put some salt.
- Now place them on the serving plate. Garnish with chopped coriander and nylon sev/bhujia.
