- In a bowl add semolina,salt, curd and water and mix well and rest for 15 minutes. Then after add onion, green chilli ginger paste, coriander and mix well add baking soda and few drops of water and mix well. Better is ready.
- Now on stove heat uppam pan and add few drops of oil in each one. As it got heat add 1/ spoon of batter and add small balls of vada masala in it and again add better on it and cover it and let it cook. 3-4 minutes of cook open pan and turn back side all and let it cook.
- After 5 min take off all vada and enjoy take it in serving plate and garnish with tomato sauce and coriander chutney.
