Boiled potatoes are sauteed with ginger, green. batata vada / aloo bonda frying recipe: firstly, prepare a ball from the prepared aloo masala. grease hands with oil to prevent from sticking. further, dip into prepared batter, coat on all sides. - Heat oil in tha pan. Add mustard seeds when they start crackle add curry leaves.
- Once they crisp add ginger garlic paste, green chilli chopped and saute.
- Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder and add potatoes.
- Add salt and mix well. Keep aside till, it cools
- Once it cools make balls and keep it.
- Now we will make covering.
- Mix everything with water. The batter should not too thick and not too watery.
- Lastly dip the balls in batter and deep fry them
- Once they are ready either you can serve them with fried chillies or green chutney.
- You can use the pav and have vada pav.
- Mine are homemade pav but you can have these from your nearest store too.
