- Prepare large onion chopped

- Prepare a batter out of Corn flour, maida [All purpose flour], chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt - Now dip the gobi in this batter and deep fry and keep it aside.
- Take a pan and add about oil to it. Then add onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies and fry them till the onions turn slightly brown.Then remove and keep aside.
- Now add the tomato sauce, to this also add soya sauce, chilli powder and saute for about 8 minutes. - Then when it starts to bubble add all the fried gobi and the onion mixture and saute it nicely.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and it's ready to be serve.
