  1. Prepare 1 ladi pav
  2. Get 100 gms curd
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  4. Take as per taste Salt
  5. Make ready Pinch hing
  6. Prepare 3/4 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 2-3 curry leaves chopped
  8. Get 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  9. Make ready 3/4 tsp mustard seeds
  10. Take 3/4 tsp besan
  11. Make ready 3/4 tsp oil for crackling mustard seeds
Instructions to make Curd coated pav:
  1. First beat curd with all dry masala, besan, hing & salt. Add water not too much, medium thickness. Keep aside.
  2. Take a non-stick pan put oil add mustard seeds leave for crackling, put chopped curry leaves, now take pav and cut it half deep in the curd batter & shallow fry as per photo. After fry it would be soft like dhokla.
  3. Before serving garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
