- In a cookar boil the rajma upto 6 whistle
- On a pan heat the oil add cumin seeds
- When it splutter add bay leaves, hing and finely chopped onion
- Fry untill it become brown add ginger garlic paste and tomato puri
- Add salt, mix it well
- Add termeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala mix it well
- When u get oil in surface add boiled kidney beans and mix
- Add water make a smooth gravy off the gas add kasuri methi and coriander leaves
- Serve hot with rice
