- Take another pan put some oil and add garlic
- Then tomatoes pury,saute them till oil are separated
- Add Suhana veg kolhapuri mix masala 3 tbs
- Red chilli powder turmeric powder salt to taste, dhaniya powder
- When all masala are mix slow flame for 2 min
- Now add Aloo Gobi fry and saute them
- Finally garnish with coriander leaves
