- Now we are preparing potatoes for that we need a pan and oil,when oil are heated up put the chopped potatoes and fry them till colour changed light brown
- Separate the oil from potatoes, put all masala like coriander powder turmeric powder, red chilli and salt to taste slow the flame for 5 min turn off the gas
