- Roast Peanuts and powder them coarsely in a dry jar grinder attachment. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients listed. There is no need of any water at all. Shape them into circular or oblong or both. Flatten them a bit with your palm if making round tikkis or patties. If making oblong or cylindrical, shape them accordingly. Deep fry them on medium to high flame in hot oil.
