  1. Grate the Paneer. Finely chopped onions.
  2. Take a pan on Medium flame. Add oil, Cumin seeds. Chopped onions. Saute it till golden brown. Chopped the tomatoes and green chillies. Add to the Onion mix.
  3. Saute till it get smashy. Now add ginger garlic paste. Saute till rawness dissapear. Now add Suhana Paneer Bhurji Mix Masala. Mix it well.
  4. Now add grated paneer. Mix it all well. Sprinkle coriander leaves. Turn off the flame.
  5. Served with roomali roti (recipe posted) onions and fry Chilli with chass (buttermilk)
