  1. Blanch the vegetables except bell pepper, take it out.
  2. Skew the vegetables in a skewer stick in systematic way as shown in pic, keep it aside for a night.
  3. For Glaze: Take oil in a wok, add dry red chilli, garlic, saute it.
  4. Now add Tepanyaki sauce, W sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Chilli sauce, Soy sauce and seasonings, cook it for 1 min.
  5. Put the skewers in wok and toss it in high flame.
  6. It is ready to serve.
