  19. Get 2 Tablespoons Fresh Coriander leaves
  20. Take 1 Lemon portion juice

Instructions to make Aloo Biryani:
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a kadai, Add green cardamoms, cinnamon, black peppercorns, cloves, Javetri, star, black elayichi and bay leaves and sauté them all till fragrant. Add one portion of deep fried others and other keep it aside for further step.
  2. Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste and sauté till the tomatoes are pulpy.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and saute, Add curd and mix well.
  3. Now add half the fried onion of portion left, 1 Tablespoon coriander leaves, lemon juice and potatoes Add ½ cup water and mix well. Spread a layer of rice over the potato curry in the kadai, sprinkle remaining coriander leaves and mint leaves (optional) over it. Spread the remaining deep fried onion and rice over it.
  4. Sprinkle garam masala powder and drizzle the remaining ghee all around, cover and cook on high heat for 5 minutes. lower the heat and cook for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot.
