  1. Dry roast 1 cup health mix flour/ sathumaavu in low flame. - - Roast until aroma is released but without any discoloration.
  2. Roasted flour is ready. Remove from the heat. Cool completely.

  4. Add a pinch of salt to the cooled flour.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons desi ghee.
  6. Combine flour and ghee until flour looks moist to hold shapes at the same time easy to break.
