- Slice 1big onion thinly &deep fry it to dark brown.
- Marination of paneer bowl add thick curd,salt,pepper,,coriander leaves,sugar,kasoori methi,dried mint,crushed cloves,chilli pow,haldi add diced paneer rest it for hr
- Take soaked rice cook it is 75% done
- Take a pressure pan add oil ghee jeera all left khada masalas & again add all dry masala chopped onion tomatoes & ginger garlic paste salt in last layer cooked rice with half a cup of water to whole masala than paneer layerd & again rice layer cashew on top cook with lid for 10 mor min..let it cool Biryani is ready.
