  2. Boil 1-2 potatoes,peel and keep them aside.Crush roasted peanuts with a rolling pin.
  3. 4.Mash the potatoes,add sabudana,crushed peanuts, green chillies (finely chopped), coriander leaves(finely chopped),a tsp of crushed cumin seeds,a tsp of lemon juice, rocksalt, ginger(optional). Mix evegrything well.
  4. .Heat a non stick pan.Grease with some oil or ghee. - Apply oil in your palms,take a portion of the mixture and flatten it with your palms.Place the flattened round thalipeeth on tawa.Cook until both sides are golden brown and crisp.Serve hot with phalhari chutney.
