  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp. ginger
  19. Take Charcoal for dhrungar / smoky flavour
  20. Get 1/2 tsp sugar
  21. Get 1/2 tsp ghee
Steps to make Methi Malai Paneer:
  1. Cut paneer in a triangle, Heat butter add paneer pcs.saute 2-3mins.Pluck fresh fenugreek leaves chopped and wash properly. rinse.
  2. Take a pan heat oil and saute cumin seeds cashewnuts ginger tej patta green chilies garlic cloves chopped onion salt for 5 mins. Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, kasuri methi saute till tomato soft.
  3. Now take a mixture in mixie jar add cream and churn add 1/4cup water churn again nmake smooth curry.
  4. Heat butter and oil in a same pan saute fenugreek leaves for 2-3mins. Add curry,salt,kasuri methi crushed in hands turmeric powder. Mix well Now add paneer pcs.mlk. cream and simmer.
  5. Now give dhrungar with charcoal ghee and sugar. for 2mins. And serve. Garnish with cream. And tomato slices and tomato flower.
  6. Yummy delicious punjabi methi malai paneer is ready to serve with paratha and onion salad.
