- Soak the Sago(Sabudana) from half and hour and drain the extra water using Strainer. Take a pan, add oil add cumin seeds, curry leaves,Green Chilli Paste, Green Chilli,Potato and cook the potato.
- Once the potato has been cooked properly,then add coarsely grind peanut and grated beetroot. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add the soaked sago and salt to taste. Once the Sago has been cooked properly then turn off the heat and add lemon juice and green coriander & give it a good mix.
