  2. Take 1/2 cup rice flour

Steps to make Pappada Vada:
  1. Add all the ingredients in rice flour and prepare the batter by adding water. Keep the batter little thin unlike regular pakoda batter.
  2. Heat oil and dip papad in prepared batter and deep fry it on medium flame.
  3. Fry it from both sides till it becomes golden and crisp.
  4. Remove it on a tissue lined plate.
  5. Once it cools down completely,store it in a air tight container.
  6. Relish it with tea or any dip.
