- Prepare Onion 1 large

- Prepare Chaat masala for taste
Instructions to make Paye(پائے):
- Wash paye thoroughly, put into pressure cooker.
- Add all ingredients and spices except tomato paste.
- Add 5 Glasses of water then pressure it for 40 mins.
- After 40mins release the pressure and mix it well then add tomato paste, add more water for gravy, no need for oil.
- Again pressure it for 40mins more till the bones become tender.
- Now open the lid, mix it well and serve it with lemon, ginger, coriander and chaat masala. Enjoy with naan.
