  1. Soak rice for an hour.. After 1 hour heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and salt than add water..(it should be double of rice).. Once the water starts boiling add the soaked n drained rice.. After adding the rice when it starts again boiling low the flame and cover the rice for 10 mints.. Rice is cooked now let them cool..
  2. Heat oil in another pan add Cumin seeds than add the chopped beans and carrot and cook them after 4-5 mints add salt and black pepper and peas than again cook them for more 3-4 mints..
  3. Once the vegetables are cooked add rice and mix well.. Add soya sauce and again mix.. Fried rice is ready..
