- Make thik paste of besan add salt to taste, red chilli power.
- Boil potatoes, peel, mash.. in kadai add oil kadhi leaves, mustard seeds, chopped onion,green chillis, chopped ginger garlic, salt, turmeric powder, hing mix well add mashed potatoes mix well and add coriander leaves turn of flame and let it cool then make tikkies
- Dip the tikki in besan paste and deep fry in hot oil till it turn golden. Remove and serve with Pav.
