  2. Wash thoroughly under water and drain..take a kadai add oil…and curry leaves once hot add the the bombil and saute in oil for a minute thn add the masalas and salt and mix well to coat…at this point can add few drops of lemon juice for the tanginess…totally optional…
  3. Cook on low flame till it's crisp…u can crisp it as per ur preference…as i like it crispy and my son likes it little soft…tasty bombil fry is ready to eat with rice and dal…
