- First boil the chillies with a cut in the middle.
- Take boiled potatoes and mash them.
- Add all the spices to the boiled potatoes and mix them well.
- Fill the chillies with potato stuffings and keep aside.
- Take gram flour add salt and water and mix it well,add1/2tsp eno/fruit salt just before frying.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.dip the chillies one by one in the batter and fry them on medium flame.
