  3. Add the tbsp of oil to the food bag and shake to coat the chicken evenly.

  8. Remove the coated chicken from the food bag, place in the hot oil and shallow fry turning occasionally until golden.
  9. Once chicken is cooked evenly remove from frying pan and place on some kitchen towel to drain any excess oil.
  10. Add the chicken to the sauce pan and allow to coat the chicken evenly.
  11. Serve as desired. I serve with white or brown rice.
