- Now in a pan add ghee and add the salt and stir the rice for 2-3 minutes.
- Add milk and take a boil.
- Reduce flame and keep stirring in between.
- Once the milk has reduced a little add the masalas to it.
- Cook till the rice softens.
- Add sugar and cook for some more time.
- Take ghee and ghee roast the dry fruits and add them it kheer.
- Remove from flame and add salt(optional)
- Cool for 3-4 hours and serve.
