- Mix it well to make it like dough. Apply oil on your palms. Take small portion of dough and make tikki balls with your hands. flatten it a bit.
- I have cooked them in air fryer @ 200°© for 15 minutes. You can deep fry or shallow fry them.
- Serve it with fresh mint coriander chutney.
