  2. Prepare 1 cup Wheat Flour/Maida

  9. Take 3-4 Boiled and mashed Potatoes

  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  14. Make ready 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  15. Prepare 1/2 tsp Dhania Jeera Powder
  16. Take Other Ingredients :
  17. Prepare as required Tamarind Dates chutney
  18. Take Leaves as required Chopped Green Coriander
  19. Prepare as required thin sev for garnishing
Instructions to make Chaat Cone:
  1. Take all the ingredients listed for cone in a big plate except oil for frying and water and mix well.
  2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture to make smooth and soft dough. Grease dough with little oil and keep aside for 10 mins.
  3. After 10 mins divide dough in equal parts and make balls. Take 1 ball and with the help of the rolling pin make roti. Divide roti in 4 equal parts and with the help of the cone mould make cones and deep fry them on low to medium flame till golden brown. Make all the cones and keep aside to cool down completely. Gently remove mould from the cones.
  4. Meanwhile prepare stuffing by mixing all the ingredients listed for stuffing in a mixing bowl. Stuffing for cone is ready.
  5. Now take 1 cone. Apply evenly tamarind dates chutney on inner surface of the cone. Gently fill the cone with the prepared stuffing. Pour some tamarind dates chutney. Garnish with sev and chopped green coriander leaves and serve.
