- Take 1 cup Sago (washed and soaked)

Instructions to make Sabudana Khichadi:
- Wash and Soak sago pearls in water for Half an hour now drain the water and keep washed sago to get fluffy for 8 hours
- In a bowl add soaked Sago, peanut powder and sendha salt. Keep aside.
- In a pan heat ghee, crackle Cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, saute for a minute then add boiled and chopped Potatoes, roast it till it becomes brown, now add chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook till tomatoes are soft and mushy.
- Now add soaked Sago in pan and give it a good mix. Cover and cook it Sago pearls turn translucent add a bit of water if Required.
- Add Coriander leaves and Serve hot.
