  1. In a big bowl take besan and add water and make a thin batter. There should be no lumps. So add water little at a time. Besan is 1 cup and water 2 /12 cups.
  2. Then add all chopped veggies, salt to taste, jeera, ajwain, haldi, chilli powder, green chilli, ginger and mix everything well.
  3. Take a kadhai and add 2tsp oil. Add this batter and keep stirring continuously till it starts getting thickened. Do not completely dry the mixture. It should be thick but not dry. Then grease plate and pour the mixture and let it cool completely.
  4. When cooled completely cut into pieces.
  5. Shallow fry these till nice golden in colour.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup. Crispy from outside and soft from inside. Melt in mouth dish. Healthy and yummy. You can add veggies of ur choice also.
