- Prepare 2 cup maida
- Take 1 cup rava

- Take 2/3 cup sugar
- Make ready 1 tsp elaichi powder

Instructions to make Mawa Karanji:
- Make a soft dough using rava, maida and salt. Add ghee to make it soft and keep it aside for 1 hour atleast.
- Now again take 1 tsp ghee and add mawa in it. And cook it till it become liquidy.
- Now take this mawa in mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients in it. And mix it. Add Dryfruits if you like.
- Now make circular roti and place it in karanji mould. Put stuffing exactly at centre and close it.
- Now heat oil or ghee for frying. Gently fry it on medium flame till it achieve golden colour.
- Take it out on tissue and let it cool down.
- Serve it warm.
